Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

1.5 oz (45ml) Gin London Dry Sanctvm
3.0 oz (90mL) ice cold tonic water
Fresh lemon peel slice
A sprig of rosemary
  (optional)
Ice

Preparation method

Cool the glass with plenty of ice;
Remove excess water from the glass, add the gin;
Slowly add tonic water over ice;
Using a spoon (ballerina type) gently stir the mixture;
Add the lemon peel and rosemary sprig;
Serve next.

Gimlet

Ingredients

1.5 oz (45ml) Sanctvm London Dry Gin
0.5oz (15ml) fresh lemon juice
0.5oz (15
ml) citrus cordial
Ice

Preparation method

Add ice to a coupette or dry martini glass to cool it;
Place all ingredients in a shaker or glass to mix drinks;
Add ice and mix the drink for 15 seconds with the help of a spoon (ballerina type);
Discard the ice from the glass;
Strain the drink and garnish with a basil leaf;
Serve next.

Helmsman

Ingredients

1.5 oz (45ml) Sanctvm London Dry Gin

0.5 oz (15ml) Lilikoi syrup*
1.0 oz (30ml) citrus cordial*

3/4oz (22ml) fresh lemon juice
Sparkling water
Ice

Preparation method

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker/tall glass, and mix the drink for a few seconds with the help of a ballerina spoon.
Put plenty of ice in an “old fashioned” glass
Pour the drink over ice cubes
Decorate to taste with a cone or a thin slice of lemon
Serve next.

Classic Negroni

Ingredients

1.0 oz (30ml) Sanctvm London Dry Gin 
1.0 oz (30ml) Red Vermouth
1.0 oz (30ml) Campari
Fresh Sweet Orange Peel
Ice

Preparation method

In an “on the rocks” style glass, place a thin slice of orange and add plenty of ice, preferably a large ice cube;
Add in equal parts the Sanctvm gin, Campari and Rosso Vermouth;
With a ballerina spoon, mix the drink;
Squeeze the orange peel onto the rim of the glass and over the drink;
Serve next.

Negroni Spritz

Ingredients

3/4 oz (25ml) Sanctvm London Dry Gin
3/4 oz (25ml) Red Vermouth
3/4 oz (25ml) Campari
3/4 oz (25ml)
ice cold Prosecco (sparkling wine)
fresh Sweet Orange Peel 
Ice

Preparation method

In an “on the rocks” style glass, place a thin slice of orange and add plenty of ice, preferably a large ice cube;

Add the Sanctvm gin, Campari and Rosso Vermouth;

With a ballerina spoon, mix the drink;

Add the chilled sparkling wine and mix gently again;

Squeeze the orange peel, to express the fruit's essential oils, on the rim of the glass and over the drink;

Serve next.

Basil Smash

Ingredients

1.5 oz (45 ml) Sanctvm London Dry  Gin

10 sweet basil leaves

3/4 oz (25ml) lemon juice

3/4 oz (25ml) simple syrup

Ice

Preparation method

Muddle the basil leaves in a cocktail shaker using a tamper;

Add all the other ingredients and beat the drink for 15 seconds;

Strain the drink into an “Old fashioned” glass;

Decorate with a basil leaf;

Serve next.

Lilikoi Syrup.jpg

Lilikoi Syrup by Sanctvm

200 grams of Sugar

100 grams of water

100 grams of Passion Fruit Pulp (fresh fruit pulp with seeds)

Method of preparation:

In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil and add the sugar;

Stir constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved;

Remove the pan from the heat, add the passion fruit pulp;

Place the pan back on the stove, reduce the temperature and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes;

Filter the syrup through a mesh sieve and squeeze the passion fruit pulp through the sieve using a spoon to remove all the juice;

Transfer Lilikoi Syrup to a clean bottle with a lid and refrigerate.

Use it in your favorite drinks and enjoy!

Citric Cordial.jpg

Citric Cordial by Sanctvm

180 grams of granulated sugar

350ml of filtered water

160ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, from about 3 large lemons

Peel of 3 large lemons, without the white (bitter) part

Method of preparation:

Peel 3 lemons, cut the peel into small pieces or, if you prefer, grate the peel;

In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil and add the sugar;

Stir constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved;

Remove the pan from the heat, add the lemon juice and peel and stir well.

Place the pan back on the stove, reduce the temperature and let it boil for 2 minutes;

Remove from heat, cover and let rest until the cordial cools completely;

Pour the mixture into a tightly closed container and refrigerate overnight;

Strain the lemon peels using a paper filter or fine sieve;

Transfer the cordial to a clean bottle with a lid and refrigerate for another day before using.

Use it in your favorite drinks and enjoy!
