Delivery time varies depending on the city and type of shipping chosen at the time of purchase.
The delivery time will be counted after confirmation of your registration data and payment, always starting on the business day following payment confirmation.

Cancellation or suspension at the initiative of Sanctvm:
The company reserves the right to suspend or cancel an order, at its sole discretion, in the following situations:
Impossibility of executing the debt corresponding to the purchase;
Inconsistency of data filled in the application.

IMPORTANT: If this type of cancellation or suspension occurs, you will be notified in advance.

The prices to be paid for the items ordered are those displayed on the website on the date the order is placed.

Delivery fees will be calculated depending on the order volume and the delivery method selected.

Limitation of liability
The images and texts that illustrate and describe the products in our online store are non-contractual and serve informational purposes only.

Exchange and Return Policy

Your satisfaction is a priority for our company. In order to guarantee credibility, respect and agility in negotiations, we have developed an exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
These standards are only valid for products purchased through the online store.
Products cannot be exchanged at our points of sale.

General considerations:
Occurrences involving exchange or return must be communicated to Sanctvm via email informing the Invoice/Danfe number and your order.

If any of the following situations occur, refuse to accept the order:
- Faulty product;
- Product not in accordance with the order;
- Open or damaged packaging;
- Lack of accessories.

Return due to regret/withdrawal:
To return a product due to regret, the following conditions must be observed:
The deadline for canceling the purchase of the product is up to seven (7) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt.
The product must be sent in the original packaging, with no signs of use, without breaking the original seal, accompanied by the tax receipt, manual and all accessories.

The conditions mentioned above must be met for the refund or reversal of the transaction to be carried out. If any discrepancy or violation of the product is identified, we will not accept the return and will return the product to the sender without prior consultation.

Defective product:
If upon receiving the product, you identify any defect, please notify us immediately via email at, so that we can provide you with all the guidelines and procedures that will be adopted.

To exchange or return a defective product, the following conditions must be observed:
The product must not have signs of use.
The product must be sent in the original packaging, undamaged, accompanied by an invoice, labels and all its accessories.

Reimbursement of canceled order amounts
Reimbursement of amounts will be made using the payment method chosen during the purchase process:
For purchases paid by credit card, your card administrator will be notified and the refund will occur in up to two subsequent invoices.
For purchases paid by bank slip, the refund will be made by deposit into the current account indicated by the consumer within 10 business days. The CPF of the current account holder must be the same as that stated in the request. If the CPF is not the same, the consumer must send a deposit authorization.

IMPORTANT: In case of return, refunds will only be processed after receipt and analysis of the product's conditions. The refund will be made for the total value of the returned/cancelled product, plus the shipping cost.
